Benefiting from the high altitude (1700-1900 meters above sea level), abundant annual sunlight (more than 2500 hours), large temperature difference between day and night (up to 12℃) and mild climate, the blueberries grown here are plump, juicy, sweet and crisp, with a unique floral fragrance and rich nutritional valuesuperscript:7. The base adopts intelligent agricultural management methods, including water and fertilizer integration control systems, automatic irrigation and fertilization equipment, to realize precise planting and fine management, ensuring the stability and high quality of blueberry output while reducing management costs. 2.1 Procurement: Strict Quality Control from the Source
We adhere to the principle of “quality first” in procurement and have established a strict source control system. First of all, we cooperate with standardized planting bases in core producing areas for a long time, sign long-term cooperation agreements, lock in rare and high-quality varieties in advance, and participate in the technical optimization of the planting link to ensure the stability of fruit quality. Before picking, professional quality inspectors will conduct on-site inspections to confirm the maturity, sugar content, fruit frost integrity and other indicators of blueberries, and formulate strict “full black picking” standards to ensure that only fully mature and high-quality blueberries are pickedsuperscript:9>.
The picking work is completed by well-trained pickers, most of whom are women with quick hands and eyes, who can skillfully pick blueberries with gentle strength to avoid damaging the delicate fruit skin and fruit frostsuperscript:9>. After picking, the blueberries are immediately transported to the cold storage for pre-cooling, reducing the fruit temperature to about 0℃ in a short time, so as to maximize the retention of freshness and tastesuperscript:6>.
2.2 Packaging: Refined and Safe, Focusing on Freshness Retention
The packaging link adheres to the concepts of “freshness retention, safety and environmental protection”, and adopts a two-layer packaging mode to ensure that the blueberries are intact during transportation. The inner layer uses breathable fresh-keeping boxes with air holes to maintain air circulation and prevent moisture and mildew; the outer layer uses shock-proof foam boxes, and ice packs are added according to the temperature to avoid fruit damage caused by temperature changes or collisions during transportation.
Before packaging, the blueberries will go through six strict quality inspection processes, including rough screening, fine selection and final inspection, and be classified according to fruit diameter (12mm+, 14mm+, 18mm+, etc.) in accordance with industry standards. Each package is equipped with a fruit diameter measurement card and an after-sales card to ensure that the product specifications are consistent with the description, and consumers can check the relevant information at any timesuperscript:9>. In addition, we use food-grade environmentally friendly packaging materials, which are non-toxic and harmless, and can be recycled, echoing the concept of green development.
2.3 Global Shipment: Efficient and Fast, Covering the World
To ensure that fresh blueberries can be delivered to customers around the world in a timely manner, we have established a perfect global logistics network in cooperation with well-known international logistics companies such as SF Express. In the domestic market, we rely on our own full-cargo aircraft routes and low-altitude UAV logistics network to realize “next-day delivery” from the origin to major cities across the countrysuperscript:6>.
